Everything on this website is on the floor in one or both stores. Come in, sit on it, ask us anything, and pay at the counter when you are happy. That is the whole process — there is no catch and no pressure.

We will never ask you to send money online.
There are fake accounts and fake listings using our name, our photos and our stock. They are not us.
Smart Mart takes payment in the showroom only. Never by bank transfer. Never by a link in a message. Never over the phone, even if the person seems to know what you were looking at. If anyone claiming to be Smart Mart asks you to send money, stop, and ring the store directly on the number above to check with us first.
You will not offend anyone by checking. We would much rather you rang us ten times than lost a penny to someone pretending to be us.
How it works
Reserving online, buying in person.
1. Reserve what you like
Browse the range and add anything you fancy to your list. It costs nothing, we do not ask for a card, and we do not ask for a deposit.
2. Come and sit on it
Bring your list to Blackpool or Newcastle. We will hold the items for seven days. Try them properly — a sofa you have not sat on is a guess.
3. Pay at the counter
Only when you are sure. We will sort delivery, check your access measurements, and give you a receipt with our name on it.
